Volume hole is the special accessory for the measuring of the level of oil surface and oil sampling. It is located on the top of oil tank and the diameter of the oil tank is 150millimetre, with sealed hole cover and screw to prevent of the spark knocking by hole cover and iron equipments. There is oil resistance cushion and soft metal. There is colored metal gathering sill in the fixed measure point.  
   

    To make sure the measurement can be taken under the same height, a aluminum or copper gathering sill will be set inside the volume hole. The welding seam on the bottom plate of the oil tank should not exist. Measurement base plate can be placed there for necessary to reduce the difference of the measurement.
     Volume hole has Pedal and rotary type volume hole, and they can be fixed on the top of the oil tank to measure the height of the oil level and oil sample. The volume hole is environment protective type volume hole, with different degree harmful gas for the various chemical materials which should not let out to the air. To finish the measurement order and make sure the environment protective and the safety of the operating persons, environment protective type volume hole can do this.

     Volume hole need to open and close frequently and it is easy to damaged. It needs to test the sealed performance timely. For the test, paint a thin film and close the hole cover, pressure with hand and if there is imprint on the cushion, it is qualified. If not, the cushion ring needs to be changed.
