LTCY type under can sampler series is high performance product developed by our enterprise. It can be used in the oil refining, chemical and other places and it can replace the manpower can and it was made strictly according to(GB/T4756-1998) Petroleum liquid products manpower sampler method.

LTCY type under can sampler series adopts the latest control technology at present, All the pumps adopt sealed recycle structure which can prevent from linkage.

LTCY type under can adopts storage tank test sampler machine and the materials is not easy to generate spark and it is the safety requirements. The product should be placed in flat place.

 

Tank installation and tank out installation and the first is recommended. There should be a DN150 flange, the production method:

 

 

1,  The flange should be installed near to the operation place.

2,  The recommended flange should be  PN2.5 DN150(HG20592—97).

3,  The flange should be installed on the top of storage tank and the distance is 600mm, and there should be a fixed hole connected with a tube and the diameter of the tube should be DN25—35mm.

4,  The height of the flange should take consideration of the convenient of operation. The base of the tank lower than 500mm should choose A,the base higher than 500mm should choose B.

5,  Other production arts requirements

(1)if the motivation is compressed air, a compressed air tube should be installed near the flange and the compressed air voltage should be higher than 0.3Mpa,tube diameter DN15,tip with DN15 ball valve,connected with the wire in sampler chest DN15.

(2)When heating is required, a vapor tube and a backwater tube should be installed near to the flange with DN15 welding.

1, Take care of the equipments models, specifications, medium names, temperature.;

2, The operating box should be used for safety.

3, The materials mainly is stainless steel 304;

4, The volatile ness is low as diesel oil, crude oil etc and it is not convenient to install hand power pump.(0.3-0.8Mpa)

5, the great sealed air pump should be used for the less volatile ness;

6, Light quality oil should choose air motivation pump and the heavy quality oil should choose air motivation gear pump;

7, The air motivation pump should be used under -10~40°Ctemperature environment;
